Very nice pictures, and I've never seen a spoted goat before. A "what the" moment for me! But, there is nothing more beautiful than a working farm. It was nice meeting you both. Audi & Leslie...

Your website is awesome. I loved that you included a few pictures of my former horse, Beatrippi that Sam transistioned from Thoroughbred racing to a working pleasure horse.

For anyone researching a truely professional gentleman cowboy, look no further. Your horse will definitely get the best care and exactly what is needed to meet your expectations. Sam is the BEST and you will not be disappointed in the results he will get with your horse.

I want one of the red spotted goats. They're adorable!

Sam, I wanted to thank you for the great job you did training my mare, Stella. She was a lost cause and the advice I got from several people was to just get rid of her.
She came back to us like a new horse. She is calmer, happier and is a joy to ride. You turned a horse that was nervous, anxious and had no brakes into a respectfully, willing and honest horse.
Thanks again for training Stella to be just what we wanted and needed in a good trail horse.

Sam,
An update since we picked Mr. Cool up from training.
As you remember I called asking you to train a horse that had been a Stallion of 10 yrs. He was freshly gilded. He CHARGED at me several times attempting to bite me. I was beside myself and halted all training with him. I began asking my husband to sell him.
For the first time in my life I was afraid of a horse. You agreed to do 90 days of training.
Returning back home, I was no longer fearful of him, but remained on guard. Not allowing him to get away with ANYTHING!
You told me that (I) needed to ride him to gain his respect (well he belongs to my husband) Since I do all the daily care, exercising etc. I wanted to make it work.
He developed a bad case of thrush over the very wet season. I was forced to work on his feet daily for months!!! I learned to lose my fear of him and he learned to respect me.
I am VERY happy to report that Mr. Cool has become more my horse that he is my husbands. Richard keeps remarking “You stole my horse”
My horse came up lame as we prepared for a 5 day trip to Va. Mr. Cool was my mount for the trip. He did BEAUTIFUL !
We just click; he is SO responsive to my cues. He has No fear. We walked over many Tresses that were 50 –100 feet in the air over roads, Rivers etc .He never flinched. Remember he lived in a stall for the first 10 yrs of his life. He is just now learning what life is all about. THANKS to your help! We now have a bright exciting future.
We have had 3 horses under your professional training program and all 3 are top notch!
I have referred many to you; one individual was so impressed with my horse Lakota, that she took 3 of her horses to you.
I would not hesitate to refer you again. You are the only name that comes to mind when asked “Do you know a good horse trainer?” Answer “Yes, Sam Jackson!”
Thank you,
Jan Livingston

Hi Sam,

I thought that I would send you an update with some pictures so you could see how well your training has set the foundation for our horse, Elle. As you can see in the photos Elle rides like she has been ridden for years. After we moved her to a pasture board instead of stall board her attitude improved immensely! This is truly a Cinderella story of the abandoned/orphaned horse that finally found a loving family. I know horses are not supposed to be "pets" but it is hard not to treat her like a pet when she has finally shown her true personality. It is amazing to watch how she even places her head in any of our family member’s chest asking for a hug. She really is a special horse and you helped to bring the best out of her. By the way, she rides smoother than a Cadillac!

Anyone needing to train a "Hot Seated/Headed" horse should send them to Jackson Ranch for proper training. You will be pleased with the results.

Best Regards,
Scott

Sam,
I've trained, ridden and competed with AQHA, FQHR very successfully in the past. In the past we started our own colts from start to performance finish. My career now does not allow me to be able to provide and continue the time it takes to correctly start a colt off.We have always been particular about the training of our colts and didn't send them outside. As I spoke before about your professionalism during our first agreement, I will not hesitate to provide an excellent reccomendation for horse training, and will be using you again in the near future. Another thing, I'm glad of is that in my past show career sure glad I didn't meet you in the arena!!!
Thank you Sam,
Mike
